1-1. SCOPE. This Operator's Manual provides instructions for the operation of the Hand
Emplaceable Minefield Marking Set (HEMMS) M133 (NSN 9905-01-019-0140). HEMMS is a

c. Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR) (SF 361). Fill out and forward Transportation
Discrepancy Report (TDR) (SF 361) as prescribed in AR 55-38.
